Gutlom & Associates acts as an independent third-party; therefore we effect our debt collection with the consciousness of maintaining the image of our client. Our collectors are equipped with negotiation skills which, in most cases, enable us to resolve matters without damaging the goodwill between our clients and their customers.
However, should negotiations reach a stalemate; Gutlom & Associates will not hesitate to take further steps in recovering the outstanding amounts. If necessary and so authorized, we will forward your account(s) to our litigation counsel, though this is the last resort of collections.
Finally, as part of our standard debt collection procedures, Gutlom & Associates submits a monthly update report of all accounts placed for collection in addition to their monthly statements and invoices.
